1. OUR SERVICES
Lava Rock Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control, pest management, inspections, treatments, prevention, and related services.
The specific services provided, pests covered, treatment frequency, pricing, guarantees, and other applicable terms may be described in your estimate, service agreement, invoice, treatment plan, or other written documentation provided by Lava Rock Pest Control.
We reserve the right to determine appropriate treatment methods based on the pest problem, property conditions, applicable laws and regulations, product labels, and professional judgment.
2. SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and the pest issues they are experiencing.
Customers must provide Lava Rock Pest Control with reasonable access to areas of the property that require inspection or treatment.
We may reschedule or modify an appointment when necessary due to weather, unsafe conditions, restricted access, technician availability, product requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a customer is unavailable or fails to provide required access, additional service or cancellation fees may apply when disclosed in the applicable service agreement or at the time of scheduling.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
- Follow all preparation and post-treatment instructions provided by Lava Rock Pest Control.
- Keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from treated areas when instructed.
- Inform us of known pest activity, previous pest treatments, structural problems, water leaks, or other conditions that may affect treatment.
- Provide safe and reasonable access to areas requiring service.
- Notify us of any concerns regarding a treatment as soon as reasonably possible.
- Follow all instructions regarding re-entry into treated areas.
Failure to follow treatment instructions may reduce the effectiveness of a service and may void or limit an applicable service guarantee.
4. PEST CONTROL RESULTS
Lava Rock Pest Control will make reasonable efforts to control and reduce pest activity; however, pest control cannot guarantee that pests will never return.
Pest activity can be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, neighboring properties, structural conditions, sanitation, landscaping, moisture, food and water sources, pest biology, construction, and customer compliance with treatment instructions.
Any guarantee offered by Lava Rock Pest Control applies only to the specific pests, services, property, conditions, and time period expressly identified in the applicable service agreement or written guarantee.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices will be communicated to the customer before or at the time services are provided whenever reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when services are completed.
Lava Rock Pest Control may accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, electronic payments, or other payment methods offered by the Company.
Customers authorize Lava Rock Pest Control to charge an authorized payment method for amounts properly due under an agreed service plan, invoice, or service agreement.
Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs, late fees, or other charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. RECURRING SERVICE PLANS
Customers who enroll in a recurring pest control program agree to receive services according to the schedule and terms disclosed at enrollment.
Recurring services will continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Any minimum service period, cancellation requirements, cancellation fee, renewal terms, or other recurring-service requirements will be disclosed to the customer before enrollment when required by law.
7. ESTIMATES AND INSPECTIONS
Estimates are based on information and conditions reasonably observable or disclosed at the time of the estimate.
An estimate may change if additional pest activity, structural conditions, inaccessible areas, infestation levels, or other circumstances are discovered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee of the final cost of services.
8. PESTICIDE USE AND SAFETY
Lava Rock Pest Control may use pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, traps, baits, exclusion materials, or other pest management products as appropriate for the services being performed.
All pesticide products will be used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and product labeling requirements.
Customers agree to follow all instructions provided by Lava Rock Pest Control concerning treated areas, re-entry, ventilation, food protection, pets, children, and other safety precautions.
Lava Rock Pest Control is not responsible for consequences resulting from a customer's failure to follow treatment or safety instructions.
9. PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Customers are responsible for informing Lava Rock Pest Control of fragile, valuable, concealed, damaged, or otherwise sensitive property that could reasonably be affected by inspection or treatment.
Lava Rock Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, structural deficiencies, inaccessible conditions, or damage caused by pests themselves, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. TERMITE, WILDLIFE, AND SPECIALTY SERVICES
Certain pest control services may be subject to additional terms, agreements, warranties, inspection reports, or service guarantees.
Where a separate written agreement is provided for a specialty service, that agreement will govern the applicable service in the event of a conflict with these general Terms of Service.
11. WEBSITE USE
The Lava Rock Pest Control website is provided for informational and business purposes.
You agree not to:
